Welcome to Sonoma Valley Limousine! By booking our rental car services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Booking and Payment
• Reservation Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified during the booking process.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes, fees, and surcharges may apply.
3. Cancelations and Refunds
3.1. Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the service will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service will not be eligible for a refund.
3.2. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3.3. No-Show Policy: Failure to appear at the agreed pickup location without prior notice will result in a full charge with no refund.
4. Rental Terms
• Vehicle Use: The rented vehicle must only be used for lawful purposes and as specified in the rental agreement.
• Driver Requirements: Drivers must possess a valid driver’s license and meet the age requirements specified at the time of booking.
• Passenger Conduct: Passengers must behave respectfully and comply with the driver’s instructions. Sonoma Valley Limousine reserves the right to terminate service without refund if inappropriate behavior occurs.
• Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Alcohol consumption is permitted only if it complies with local laws and is pre-approved.
5. Damage and Liability
• Vehicle Condition: The customer is responsible for inspecting the vehicle before use. Any pre-existing damages must be reported to the driver or representative immediately.
• Damage Responsibility: Customers are liable for any damages, spills, or excessive cleaning required due to misuse of the vehicle during the rental period.
• Lost Items: Sonoma Valley Limousine is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.

• Route Changes: Any last-minute changes to the agreed-upon route may incur additional charges.
8. Privacy and Data Use
We collect and process personal information only for booking, communication, and operational purposes. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9. Force Majeure
Sonoma Valley Limousine is not liable for cancellations or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of the use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Sonoma County.
11. Amendments
Sonoma Valley Limousine reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
